East Idaho High Quality Babysitters List

Updated: Feb 28, 2023

We asked moms in our area what they needed most and over 20% of our local followers said "high quality babysitters!!" So we've been working to find those babysitters in Idaho Falls to add to The List and here it is*!

The List is broken down into 3 categories: Background Check & CPR/First Aid Certified; CPR/First Aid Certified; High quality references available. Please note to do your due diligence when seeking a babysitter for your family. *We have not vetted any of the people on this list, we are not associated with them in any way, and do not profit from your use of this resource. We seek to support mothers in our area and compiling this list of high quality babysitters is one easy way we can help.

Now onto the good stuff!

I: Background Check, CPR/First Aid Certified, and can provide references

"Hi, I'm Brittany! I'm a mom of one 3 year old boy and waiting to adopt our second child. I have a background check and am currently certified in CPR and first aid for infants and children. My home is baby-proofed and safe. I am available for babysitting most week days."

"Hello, I'm Mckenna! I have a 3.5 year old girl and a 2 year old boy and a super nice lab in our home. I will have a current background check from volunteering at Champ's Heart. We have plenty of toys inside and out and my kids get so excited for other kids to come play. Feel free to reach out for scheduling!"

"I am up to date on a background check and have current CPR certification. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and over 5 years of professional experience- with references. Along with a lifetime of experience with children outside of a professional setting. I have 2 children, both boys, one is almost 2 and the other is almost 4."

"I am a mom of 2 girls who just recently moved to IF to be closer to family. I worked as a scrub tech in NICU, L&D, and postpartum floor in Utah. Due to my old job, I was certified for CPR & First Aid training every 3 months, drug tested, and screened extensively for criminal records. I have lots of experience working with littles & their families through my job, friends, and family. I'd love to meet you & your kiddos! Our home has all the entertainment needed for infant up to teenage aged kids."

"Hi friend, I'm Jenn! An adoptive, previous foster parent and current mama to 2 teenagers. I've had extensive trauma and other training with my fostering experience. My youngest is autistic and has some other special needs that give me a unique understanding of children. I've been federally bonded and cleared several background checks and certifications through the fostering and adoptive process. My CPR training is recently renewed. I've nannied for triplets and worked in the home daycare my mom owned all through high school."

II: CPR/First Aid Certified and can provide references

"I am a CNA & CMA, I have worked in 3 different children's doctors offices the most recent being at The Pediatric Center in Idaho Falls! I am CPR and First Aid certified for both adults and children. I have a 5 year old with Type 1 diabetes, a 2 year old, and a 7 month old."

"Hello! I am CPR and first aid certified. I have been a nanny and overnight babysitter for the last 3 years! I can provide references and I am available weekday evenings and anytime on the weekends."

"I currently live in Pocatello! I am CPR/First Aid certified in adult and infant CPR. I have been a nanny for the past 4 years, and have been babysitting since I was 10. I have also worked as a summer camp counselor and in a few daycares. I love working with kids!"
